I have see it everywhere recently, from DearAuthor to Karen Scott. If authors want to be taken seriously they must type with care.I am aware of the fact that many of my blog and forum posts look like they have been typed by a sleep-deprived chimpanzee. I depend (heavily) on potential readers knowing that I approach writing my manuscripts rather differently, and benefit from the (sometimes extensive) input of my editors.
I have made various efforts to do better on this front but they never seem to last for very long.
